(Ajman) – H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, received in his office at the Emiri Court, Tang Wei, Consul-General of the Peoples’ Republic of China in Dubai, who was here to pay His Highness a courtesy visit at the beginning of his tenure in the country.
At the beginning of the meeting, Sheikh Saud welcomed Tang and the two had cordial talks and exchanged views about ways to consolidate bilateral relations.
At the meeting, the two parties also discussed a number of topics of mutual interest concerning economic, investment and other areas.
Sheikh Saud hailed the deep historical relations between the two friendly countries, praising China’s efforts to strengthen the bilateral economic relations in various areas of investment and the economy.
On his part, the Chinese envoy emphasised the need to strengthen economic and trade cooperation between the two countries, stressing the interest of Chinese companies to work in the UAE in various economic sectors, especially since the UAE is a key point for Chinese exports to the Middle East region and the world.
