(Abu Dhabi) – Under the Chairmanship of H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, the Ministerial Council for Services has discussed statements and plans of the workforce in the federal government sector submitted by the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, which clarifies the statistics and the development of the workforce in the federal government during 15 years and the submitted plans for development of this sector and provided it with qualified cadres of citizens.
During the meeting, which was held at the Presidential Palace, the Ministerial Council for Services was briefed on the report from the Federal Authority for Human Resources on the latest work of the ‘Bayanati’ project, which is aimed at establishing a unified database for all federal government employees to promote services of human resources and to complete the transactions of employees electronically according to the best international practices and standards.
The Council discussed the recommendations of the Federal National Council regarding the policy of the Ministry of Economy, which includes 14 important recommendations.
