PM receives condolences on death of his son

PM receives condolences on death of his son

(Dubai) – Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, received at Za’beel Palace, the Arab and foreign delegations, who called to offer their condolences on the death of his elder son, Sheikh Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
Flanked by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed accepted condolences from His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the accompanying delegation. Prince Salman offered his sincere condolences to Sheikh Mohammed. He prayed to Allah Almighty to rest Sheikh Rashid’s soul in eternal peace, and bestow patience and solace on his family and relatives.
Sheikh Mohammed also received the condolences from French Defence Minister Jean-Yves Lodrian and the accompanying delegation. They expressed their sorrow over the untimely death of Sheikh Rashid. The French delegation also offered condolences of the French government to Sheikh Mohammed.
Sheikh Mohammed accepted the condolences from the Afghan President conveyed by his special envoy and adviser, Ajmal Ali.
He also received the condolences from the British government conveyed by its special envoy in Yemen, Sir Alan Duncan, accompanied by the UK Ambassador to the UAE, Philip Parham. Duncan expressed the profound sorrow of the British government on the death of Sheikh Rashid. He extended his condolences to Sheikh Mohammed’s sons and people of the UAE.
Sheikh Mohammed and his sons accepted the condolences from the families and relatives of the nation’s martyrs, who recently fell in Yemen. They expressed their deep sorrow on the untimely death of Sheikh Rashid. They prayed to Allah Almighty to rest Sheikh Rashid’s soul in eternal peace, and bestow patience and solace on his family and relatives.
