Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Endurance Cup held

(Dubai) – H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, won the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Endurance Cup CEI, and was crowned in the presence of Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
H.H. Sheikh Hamdan, who was riding Ajayeb for MRM Stables, finished the 160-km race in 6:32:50, three seconds ahead of forerunner Abdullah Ghanim Al Marri.
Some 230 male and female riders from 30 countries competed in the ninth renewal of the race.
H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance, H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, sheikhs and officials attended the race.
Presented by Longines, the international event was held at the purpose-built Dubai International Endurance City and organised by the Dubai Equestrian Club, a member of the Meydan Group.
