Sheikh Mohammed hold talks with Masoud Barazani

(Abu Dhabi) – H.H. General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces met Massoud Barzani, the President of the Iraqi Kurdistan Region. Both the leaders discussed ways to promote energy, agricultural, tourism and transport relations between the UAE and Iraqi Kurdistan Region.
Welcoming wider relations with Iraqi Kurdistan Region, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed stressed that, “We look forward to wider cooperation and joint action to promote the interests of both sides”. For his part, the Kurdistan leader expressed that upon visiting landmark projects in the UAE, he was more convinced than ever that investing in the new generations is what makes the future.
