(Abu Dhabi) – Sheikha Lubna bint Khalid Al Qasimi, Minister of International Cooperation and Development (MICAD), President of Zayed University (ZU), opened the Annual Zayed University Entrepreneurship Carnival (ZUEC).
The three-day Carnival was attended by Belgium Foreign Affairs Minister, Didier Reynders, Undersecretary of (MICAD) Hazza Mohammed Falah Al Qahtani, Vice-President of Zayed University Dr. Riad Abdul Latif Al Muhaidib and a number of administrative staff at the university.
Sheikha Lubna affirmed the keenness of the University to encourage initiatives believing in the importance of building personality that enjoys the spirit of initiative, adventure and discovery.
She also added that the Carnival came in line with the Zayed University’s strategy which integrated with its study and academic programme aiming to sponsor the educational and social activities of the students.
